Sony Interactive Entertainment has pushed out PS4 system update 9.60 for you to download, and chances are you’ve already guessed what it does. In case you missed it, the latest PS5 system update is also now available to grab.
The new PS4 firmware update weighs in at just 490MB and here’s the official patch notes:
Yep, that’s about all we can expect from now on regarding PS4, as Sony slowly transitions to focussing exclusively on its latest home console. Fortunately, there’s still a couple of major games coming out for PS4 on the Sony front, including the highly anticipated God of War Ragnarok.
